What kind of properties do you manage?
We specialize in managing short-term rental properties listed on Airbnb. We work with a wide variety of property types, from apartments and houses to rural holiday homes.
What if my property isn't furnished?
Not a problem at all. We currently offer a complete furnishing and interior design service. Our expert design team ensures your property is not only functional but also beautifully presented to appeal to guests and increase booking rates.

How do you set the pricing for my property?
We use a dynamic pricing strategy which takes into account factors like seasonality, local demand, events, and historical data. This approach ensures your property is competitively priced to maximize occupancy and revenue.
How do you deal with maintenance issues?

What happens if a guest damages my property?
For Airbnb, hosts are covered by a $1 million host guarantee for property damage, and a $1 million host protection insurance for liability. Your property's protection is one of our top priorities.
